Privacy policy

Last updated 2 September 2026. This policy covers evergreenremodeling.co, operated by Evergreen Renewal Services LLC, trading as Evergreen Remodeling.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site, which are the estimate form on the homepage and the one on the contact page:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The city your home is in
• Which service you think you need, and your description of the problem
• Any photos you choose to attach

Nothing on this site asks for payment details, a date of birth, or anything else you would not tell a contractor on the phone. If you call or email instead of using a form, we hold whatever you tell us in that call or message and nothing more.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A name and a number is how a contractor calls you back, and photos are how we tell you whether a job is worth a site visit before either of us spends a morning on it. We use it to prepare and discuss your estimate, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. That is the whole list.

What we do not do with it

• We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.
• We do not pass your details to other contractors or to lead-generation companies.

The note under the phone field on both forms says we call back on that number and do not add it to a list. That is a commitment, not a formality.

Who else can see it

Your enquiry arrives as an email to david@evergreenremodeling.co and is read by the owner. Beyond that, only the companies that run the plumbing of this site can technically access it: the web host, and the form and email service that delivers the message. They process it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

We will also share information where the law requires it, which in practice means a permit authority or an insurer where your own claim depends on it, and we would tell you before doing so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to 24 months, because homeowners often come back a year later about the same wall. Records for work we actually carried out are kept longer, since warranty, permit and tax obligations require it. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless it relates to work we are legally required to keep records of.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we add analytics to understand which pages people read, this policy will name the tool before it goes live.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email david@evergreenremodeling.co or call (971) 715-0673 and say what you want done. There is no form to fill in and no fee.

Children

This is a remodeling company. The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly broaden what we use your details for.
