Wood rot repair

Soft trim, spongy decking, siding that has taken on twenty winters of rain. Most contractors would rather not open it up, because nobody knows how far it goes until someone does. We do, then we rebuild the structure underneath instead of covering it over.

New builds and rebuilds, framed to hold up to wet winters and shaded corners.

Layout, cabinets, counters, and the plumbing and electrical that live behind them.

Bathroom remodeling

Full rebuilds, including the subfloor damage a leaking shower leaves behind.
